TwitterFrom time to time, a customer would reach to us asking why his domain stopped working. We then noticed that DNS is no longer working for that domain. For some reason, Plesk disables that without notice. If we disable/re-enable the domain, it works again for some time. There is no evidence in the action log as to why the DNS for those domains stopped working.
We have over 200 domains on that machine and this problem happens randomly with just a few domains.
This is of course not good for customer satisfaction.
What is going on? How can we find out why DNS is being deactivated?
System is Plesk 10.4.4 on Debian 6.0.4
