• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hey Guys !

I have a big problem !

Short story.

We are going from Hosting panel Zpanel till Plesk, New server, new isp, new ip,
Now we have big problem.

We have only transferd 10 customers and we are getting complaints about error 550 Client host ip blocked using Blocklist 1 / Blacklist1.zap
I have contacted Microsoft and the have fixed this problem, "The Removed our ip from the list"

and trend micro are complaing about this.
81.170.***.*** is listed on the Trend Micro Dynamic User
List (DUL) because it appears to be an IP address is not
clearly labeled as a static IP.

CONTACT YOUR ISP

If the two steps above do not solve the blocking issue,
then If the two steps above do not solve the blocking issue,
then the rDNS for the IP may need to be corrected to
clearly indicate it is a static IP.

Trend's Spam Investigations team can work with your ISP
to solve the problem. You can find the correct email
address to use when contacting your ISP to use by going
to the following web page and typing in your IP address:

http://ip-lookup.net/

Then click on the Domain owner info (Whois /Abuse) link
and look for an email address. You can use this address
to contact your ISP and ask them to work with Trend Micro.

The ISP can start this process by sending an email from
their Domain owner email address to dul@mail-abuse.com.

Thank you for contacting Trend Micro and we hope this email
has helped you to resolve the IP blocking issue.

I have contacted my ISP and the told me to w8 24 - 48 hours but still problem ! I have gone 9 days now and still problem !

I am thinking if i have configured somthing wrong ?
Can this be a dns problem miss configuerd ?

I hope you guys can help me or point me in to right direction

Best regards
