  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Domain creation not possible

Hi,

I've updated my Plesk to the new version 8.1.1 and now I'm not able to create a new domain. I'm not sure if it's caused by the update.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Thanx in advance

Here is the error mesage:

Code:
Unable to create IP Address object: Table->select() failed: no such row in the table

0: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/class.CreateDomainForm.php:42
    ip_pool_slist(object of type IPPool)
1: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/class.CreateDomainForm.php:131
    CreateDomainForm->assign(boolean true, boolean false, string '', object of type Client, object of type IPPool, array, boolean true, object of type BsDomain, boolean false)
2: /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/domains/create_domain.php:256

Hi,

if I choose the 'customer' and then click on the 'IP Pool' then I get the next error :(

Code:
Unable to create IP Address object: Table->select() failed: no such row in the table

0: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/common_func.php3:151
    psaerror(string 'Unable to create IP Address object: Table->select() failed: no such row in the table')
1: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/class.IPPoolList.php:120
    ipPoolList->fetchIPPoolList()
2: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/class.cList.php3:103
    cList->fetchList()
3: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/class.cList.php3:123
    cList->init()
4: /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/clients/cl_pool.php3:81

If I take a look on the 'server' and then the IP Addresses, then I see one address and that the address is assigned to one customer, the customer I use.
