  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Domain template overrides Client's template?

Katana

New Pleskian
Hello,

I have a problem with Clients/Domains templates since Plesk version 9x.
We have Client templates which defines limits for resource usage and then there is domains templates that Client can use for different domains. Problem is, if I set 1GB of hard disk space for some Client, and an option to create 5 domains, each of those domains can be created with 1GB space, which is very wrong since that Client has only 1GB allowed of hard disk space. All 5 domains should be fitted into those 1GB but not to overuse clients resources ("overuse is not allowed" is already set for client and domain). This was working perfectly on 8x versions...

For the moment, my only solution is to set hard disk quota for domains, and Clients/domains resources had to be set on unlimited otherwise domains will be suspended if someone overuse resources.

Is there any normal solution, except above mentioned?

Thanks in advance
