  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

domain-wide whitelist?

Sven L.

Regular Pleskian
Hello,

so this is the scenario:

many of my customers use their email from work (not a problem due mostly static IPs at companies) and from their smartphone and/or homes.

problem is, while connected to 3G/4G or through a home ADSL, the IP is dynamic and in spam lists most of the time (thx to lame spanish ISPs), most of the mail they send is considered as spam even when they send email to coworkers inside their own domain.

the only solutions i have found, is if every user adds them manually to their whitelist.

this is a big hazzle and unacceptable.

i need a way so inside a domain, i can whitelist all emails that come from the same domain. i am using smtp auth, so this should not be a problem.

how can i achieve this?
