  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Domainkeys Outgoing No Signature

I have turned on DKs for outgoing email and checked to see if it is working at a number of sites such as EPSC (http://69.56.15.194/). Each time the report comes back with:

DKIM-Status: failed (no signature found)

Anyone have an idea as to how to fix this annoying little problem? I thought it was corrected in 8.6.

Thanks much

Just to check what your saying....

You've turned it on under Server-> Mail

and under <yourdomain> -> Mail -> Preferences

?

Thanks for the reply amit290.

Yes, of course it's switched on. But what I have learned is that there is a difference between domainkeys and DKIM. They appear to be two different things and it is with the DKIM check in which no signature is found.

Email can be checked at http://69.56.15.194/
