• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Downloaded Agent not same version

Hi,

Trying to migrate from a Win2003 Plesk8.4.0 to Win2008 Plesk9.5.2.

I opend the 9.5.2. webinterface and synced the migrator. I downloaded the agent file and installed that one on the 8.4.0 server.

Now when starting a migration, it states that the used agent on the source server is older than the migrator. How is that possible, I downloaded the Agent that was given by the migrator itself (after syncing).

How do I solve this?

thanx. After retrying several times, it finally worked.

Now I'm migrating and have some problems:
1) when migrating, only one 'client' is shown at IP address. All domains will be migrated to 1 account (the admin in this case). Afterwards I must transfer them.
2) When migrating more domains at once, it seems to get stuck at 50%. With 27 domains (no hosting, no mail) I cancelled it after more than one hour. Migrated them in 'batches' of 5.
3) A new migration of 17 domains: same problem

Again, the migrated domains aren't that great, they are all just simple domains with no hosting, only forwarding.
