  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question E-Mail Folders Synchronization

Xitano

New Pleskian
How i Synchronize E-Mail Folders of WebMail with Outlook?
I Need see all new E-Mail Folder Created with WebMail in Outlook...

Ty.

In Outlook, the mail "root folder path" is empty by default. For Plesk installations (and many other systems) it needs to be set to "INBOX" (without quotation marks and without leading or trailing slashes) in order to be able to access the folder structure of an IMAP account on your server.

In Outlook, go into your account configuration (normally File > Account > Account settings), select (highlight) the IMAP account you want to edit, then click "change". Type INBOX into the root folder path field, save the settings.
