New Pleskian
I don't know if this is the right place to post this but I use PLESK 11.5 on a LINUX so I can be too far away. A two part problem that I could use help with:
Part 1)
I have a large group of people who need to interact with a client to provide the services the client has requested. To maintain anonymity, I need to give each user an email address on one specific domain. I can do that manually but there are 300 of them. Is there a way to automate this process with a text file of all the email addresses?
Part 2)
I want to maintain the privacy of the service provider's information while dealing with the client AND the client's privacy as well. I don't the client to know the service provider's real email address so I am providing a working email address in Part 1 above. I can monitor all message that come to the working email address by having all received messages forwarded to me. The problem is, the service providers will have access to the client's email address and can, subsequent to receiving a message from the client, send the client an email from their real address. Is there 1) a way to hide the client's email address? 2) a way to monitor messages sent from the service provider's working email address.
I understand the limitations of this in that the users can send their real email address and by the time I get the forwarded message it has already gone to the client or user. (Can a delay be set up?) If there is an easy and quick (within two to three days) way to handle all of these issues and maintain the privacy of both users contact information, I would be grateful for your help and I will pay for a script if it can be done quickly and work flawlessly.
