  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello

Email Forwarding doesn't work anymore. It worked well a few days ago, but now emails to domain.net aren't forwarded to either Yahoo nor Gmail. What can I do?

It seems that there is an issue with the mail server. Incoming emails aren't delivered. Outgoing emails work well.

Hello, @Mathias . What is the mail configuration of the domain you are experiencing troubles with? Have you checked the mail log /var/log/maillog for the addresses the forwarder is not working for? Please provide as many details as possible. It is difficult to identify a potential issue with limited information.

Hello, thanks for your reply. I found out that my firewall setting for SMTP (mail sending) was the reason. I only allowed incoming from localhost and deny all other. I made this to reduce spammers or hackers. Email delivery worked always well with that firewall setting, just stopped working since a few days. I attached a screenshot.

Just for your understanding. I didn't change the firewall setting for SMTP submission server and IMAP/POP (Dovecot). Only for outgoing emails.
