Email functions on 2 domains, "Relay access denied [RCPT_TO]" when mailing to third.

I have three domains setup through Plesk 11.0.9. One domain (domain1) has always had mail and functions correctly. The other two (domain2 and domain3) had mail migrated to them this weekend. Domain2 functions fine with mail coming in and out.

Domain3, however, receives "Relay access denied [RCPT_TO]" when trying to send to mailboxes on it. I also cannot connect in to the mailboxes via IMAP or Webmail. MX records look OK for domain3.

How do I begin hunting down the problem?

Check that mailservice for this domain is up and running with

# plesk bin domain -i domain.com | grep 'Mail service'
Mail service: On

Also investigation this problem with help of maillog file /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog would be useful.
