  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Incoming and Outgoing emails are not working. But it will solve after a windows reboot. But everyday its not possible to reboot a shared server. so is there any permanent solution for this.?
 
Thats very limited information to go on. Did you do any troubleshooting to find the cause of the issue?

as Rasp said, there is too small info for any suggestions.
in case this behavior will reproduced again and again need more details about what error you've got,
is there some errors in event viewer and so on.

probably request to the Plesk Technical Support would be the best way for you.
 
Dedicated server is using with plesk from the last 5 years and the incoming and outgoing are working correctly without any issues. But now its suddenly stopped no incoming mails. so how can i find out the root cause of this issue and how to fix this error.?
