Hello, if I emails z.b after gmx.de send the messages wander always in the email queue the following error is spat out. Unfortunately, I can not do anything with that, can someone help me?

I just pulled that from the log mail.err .....

can it be synonymous sdas the R-DNS entry is not set?

No the PTR is correct I checked that.

Hello, now the server is no longer listed, still the same problem. Do you still have an idea? does it bring something to reinstall Plesk?

An delisting takes about 24 hours. It would be great if you could check this in 24 hours.

If that will not help we must look for other options.

Here some questions to further identify the problem.

Did you get this error only if you contact gmx-adresses?
It would be great if you could check it with gmail, outlook, or other web providers.
In reverse check it with "normal" domains, for example a company or so.

If there are errors or bouncemails coming back please post here.
