    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Can set message a index.html page for plesk default page by some misconfiguration by plesk system?

It was hung when run command "/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all" so I want set some message pages for message for website viewer.

you could modify the default file to your needs ( /var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs/index.html ), but I would rather suggest to have a look at the free Plesk extension:

This time, I want to set a different message page for each site. so default file is not for suitable.

PS, I am using VPS PLESK so looks like can not get The Support.
