  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Empty email from drweb

JuanCar

Regular Pleskian
I am receiving emails from drweb, but without text, no subject, no date, no origin... (I know they are coming from drweb because I read header of message).
Why this email? How can I know the cause of them?

Thanks

It's not the problem

I've just read the post but there is not the problem it has nothing to do with my problem: I receive empty email from drweb and if they are empty (and without subject nor date) I don't know why they are sent.
Any clue?
thanks

But I want to know the reason of this emails, where is the mistake in the config file.

Thanks

Search of the reason demands root access on your server and deep investigation. So, if you want to find a reasons you can contact Plesk Support Team with this request.

I have root access to my server.
I wonder if it is a message from updater or from any drweb action, and I suppose there are some script or config file or something so where I could find how drweb sends its emails.

thanks
