  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Enable/Disable Webmail always returns 'Internal Error'.

Basic Pleskian
When I go to Settings -> Webmail, Select one or more webmail components and click either Enable or Disable, I always get an 'Internal Error' message.

The icons do change according to the action taken.

What's wrong here? What log to check?

I'm running 10.3.1 with these webmail components;

psa-horde-3.3.10-cos5.build1012110607.15
psa-atmail-1.04-cos5.build1012110601.15

first of all make a backup of your domains , then read below :p

i had simillar problem with webmail and atmail ( horde has many security holes and i had removed it in the past ) and i totally uninstall with

apt-get purge atmail

it asks to remove also two (2) dependexies ,i pressed yes and then i used the command line installer for plesk to install it again

so you can make these two and maybe it fixed the problem ...

apt-get purge atmail horde

apt-get update

apt-get upgrade

/opt/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller

and choose to install again what webmail (atmail or horde) you want .

p.s. i removed the two packages and my mails were ok after ,i think you will be fine two , but a backup will be the write way to start
