• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

New Pleskian
Hello,

We have Plesk 10.4 on Windows 2008 R2 64 bit.

I have one customer. He has three subscriptions. Customer can login and manage all subscriptions under his account.

But the subscriptions cannot login individually. This is necessary for us as we want to give the control over each subscription to different persons. They get the error on the title. Passwords and user names are correct.

What could be the problem?

Thanks.

Looks like that you have Customer & Business Manager installed. Integrating Plesk with CBM means to enable SSO and to attach CBM with plesk so that one can access CBM directly from plesk without using billing credentials.
Are you sure that you try login to Plesk with https://IP:8443 but not to CBM?
If you have broken CBM integration you can try to fix it with help of article http://kb.parallels.com/en/11204

My problem is a little bigger after I tried your last preposition. I have sent a PV about that. Did it reach to you IgorG?

You are trying to user role or customers ?

problem solved

I was making a mistake by using the customer credentials. A user role must be created first. Thanks for the replies.
