Issue Error code: 0. Error message: No free dedicated IPv4

Hi
I am using WHMCS and I am trying to create a hosting subscription in Plesk and I am getting the following error:
Error code: 0. Error message: No free dedicated IPv4

From WHMCS they advised that this is a Plesk issue.

Can you please advice?

Have you followed instructions according Dedicated IP address from WHMCS documentation? Plesk - WHMCS Documentation
Could you please provide me with the screenshot from Plesk > Tools & Settings > IP Addresses ?

As you can see on your screenshot you have only one dedicated IP address configured in Plesk. Are you sure that it is enough for creating a new subscription from WHMCS? Looks like there is a dedicated IP address defined in the request.

the case is that I am not requesting dedicated IP from WHMCS to Plesk.
