  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

It looks like IP pool of the client under which you trying to create domain contain link to non-existent IP address in the system.
Are you able to get into the IP pool of the client in Plesk?

Hi,

yes, I am. What should I do?

Besides, you're right, it happens just on one customer, the others are working fine.

I created the domain in another users account and moved it to the intended user.

regards
- Pie
