Error from Cron /usr/local/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog

I just upgraded to 11.5 and now I am getting the same error from the various watchdog cron jobs.

/usr/bin/sw-engine: /usr/lib64/libjpeg.so.62: no version information available (required by /usr/bin/sw-engine)

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

What sort of output of following command:

# rpm -qf /usr/lib64/libjpeg.so.62

?

If I'm not mistaken this is just a warning. But it usually indicates that something fishy is going on with dependencies.

What is your OS? It looks like that you have installed libjpeg from other OS. Who is vendor of this package? You can find it with

# rpm -qi libjpeg-6b-46 | grep Vendor

Try to install libjpeg from your OS vendor.

The server had never been updated since original install. I did the updates and now I get

libjpeg-turbo-1.2.1-1.el6.x86_64

We'll see what happens next time the watchdog cron jobs run.

I don't get any error messages anymore, but I don't get the weekly report either. I used to get two emails once a week. The first begins "Watchdog was stopped..." and the second was a big long list of checks it did. I get the first, but not the second. Did the update to 11.5.3 change something there?
