• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Good morning,
I have a subscription with you and when accessing plesk Wordpress Toolkit the double and duplicate domains appear, while others do not appear, can you solve this?
Thank you

This is probable not an error, but the result of several Wordpress installations in different directories. Some of which might have been broken, but were not removed from the WP Toolkit when installation was re-attempted, some may just exist in different directories now. You can go through each and verify where the installation is located and if it is current. You could also "detach" all of them using the three-vertical-dots-menu in the rightmost column of the list, and then let WP Toolkit scan for installations again so that only the ones that really exist will be found. Make sure that you remove all .wp-toolkit-ignore files from your document root directories before trying to detect the installations again, else WP Toolkit won't find them.

Ok, I dissociated all the sites from Toolkit, and scanned them again, but it no longer finds anything.

Good evening,

nothing, I removed all the .wp-toolkit-ignore files 4 times, both from the directory and from the subdirectories and from all the subdomains, including the inactive ones, but when I do Analyze the problem is recreated, duplicating the domains.

I spent more than 4 hours doing as you indicated, but it doesn't work, I'm tired, the problem always recurs, the problem is in plesk not in the server or in the site folders, since I'm paying for a service that doesn't work , I would like this to be resolved.
thanks

It seems we do not have similar reports from other users on it, neither could I see it on production servers or see a previously logged issue. I can't reproduce it, so I would like to ask you to submit a ticket to Plesk support staff so that an engineer can check and fix it directly on your server.

To sign-in to support please go to https://support.plesk.com

If you experience login issues, please see this KB article:
https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...rt-plesk-com-and-password-reset-does-not-work

If you bought your license from a reseller, your reseller should provide support for you. If the reseller does not provide support, here is an alternative:
https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12388090147095-How-to-get-support-directly-from-Plesk-

Sorry but you help center and https://support.plesk.com it doesn't work, I tried to change the password, enter the Plesk access and license data, but the button doesn't work, it doesn't work. Can you solve it? It is unthinkable that we cannot send you a support request.
