Issue Error migrating from Onyx to Onyx

Hello, I got this error trying to migrate one subscription:

Failed to fetch configuration data from Plesk servers
Cause: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xb5 in position 2: ordinal not in range(128)
That is a critical error, migration was stopped.

Please let me know how to fix it.

Most probably that one of account login name has non-ascii symbols like ö. Check it and try to rename.
