Error on Install/Upgrade Plesk Panel

Hi,
I have trying to install plesk panel, and have unexpected exception
Link Download Error Log - return empty file, so I have only log that displayed on install process window

Unexpected exception catched during upgrade to 10.1

I am having problems with Plesk 10.0.1 update to 10.1
I have been trying for a a month to get plesk 10 running. I have resinstalled Windows 2008 enterprise (r2) several times.

Any help would be great. So I give up on 10.x and install 9.x?

Could you please check on which IP address hostname autoinstall-win.pp.parallels.com is resolvable from this server?
Also I can say that you have correctly completed upgrade but only some micro-updates were not correctly installed. Try to run autoinstaller again for completing micro updates installation.

If I run the auto installer again, I get the same results
