  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Error: Package still in use and cannot be removed

New Pleskian
Dear Support,

I got a other problem with PLESK, after I deleted a domain. After I deleted the domain I can´t remove My Apps any more and getting: Error: Package still in use and cannot be removed.

Adding the domain again won´t helped.

How are you removing these APPs, mind explaining the steps?
Also, is this on Windows?

Hi,

thanks for your reply. It an APS Pack I added manually and used on a website. After a while I remove this domain, without removing the app first. Now I can´t remove this App because PLESK say its used, but it isn´t which plesk shows me in the Admin CP. Its a linux version of PLESK.

Please confirm that you didnt link or add that APS to any of our service plans ...If you did, then first delink or remove it from the service plan and then delete the APS
