Resolved Error Plesk

I Plesk 12.0.18 I update to Plesk 5/12/30, now I have this error and I can not access the site on the server.
because the (Web Server (Apache)) is off and when I start it I get the following message:

I have been waiting for this to finished for hours: "Web server configuration is in progress. Do not leave this page until the operation is completed."
Do you think it might have crashed if it goes over 2 hours?

Should i just close it now and run the # plesk repair web ?

Ok that hangs so i uninstalled nginx from plesks Add/Remove Components.
My sites are back working now

Even that you solved your issue as stated above, pls. keep in mind, that "copy&paste" from a forum with your browser over to your ssh - client, may result in issues with ( invisible ) forum ( HTML ) formats. Consider to TYPE the suggested commands to avoid such issues, or consider to copy the suggested commands from the forum FIRST to an ASCII - Editor, before you copy the suggestions again from the editor, to paste it then over to your ssh - client.
