As far as I understand, you use Mailenble and get this error for domain in Plesk control panel. Please try to reconfigure domain using the following command in command line:

"%plesk_bin%\mchk.exe" --domain --domain-name=domain.com

How to solved ?

Try plesk repair

Goto Control panel -> Add/Remove programs

Click on Plesk Control Panel
Click Repair

Hi guys,

Whenever you get this error, it means that domain has not binded properly with mail enable. Running "mchk" produces erroneous response!!! Follow the below given steps to avoid any big issues.

Go into mailenable console --> postoffice --> the particular domain --> again "domain" --> create new domain with the same name and give postmaster mail details --> give "no" when asks for email alias needed --> give "ok"

You are done. You can check in your plesk. This does not need even restart. It just does some part of the work of "mchk"
