• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Be sure that you have psa-proftpd package installed on your server. Re-install it if necessary.

I also get this prolem in the beginning screen. I think it's related.

I've already followed the following link with no luck.

Try to disable atomic repo and use only Parallels official repository. For example, on my test server I see:

[root@ppu12-0 ~]# rpm -qf /etc/proftpd.d
psa-proftpd-1.3.5-cos6.build1200140529.18.i386

[root@ppu12-0 ~]# ll /etc/proftpd.d/50-plesk.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 257 Jul 17 12:21 /etc/proftpd.d/50-plesk.conf

[root@ppu12-0 ~]# cat /usr/local/psa/version
12.0.18 CentOS 6 1200140626.18

Problem still exist. I've disabled atomic enabled plesk repo. Removed proftpd and reinstalled with from plesk repo.

No.
Beside the above error I also had the following error:
New configuration files for the Apache web server were not created due to the errors in configuration templates: Template processing failed: file = /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/templates/default/domainVhost.php, error = Template_Exception: No data. file: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Template/Processor.php line: 28 code: 0 Previous error: Template_Variable_Exception: No data. file: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Template/Variable/AbstractCachedData.php line: 67 code: 0. I deleted all subscriptions.
I deleted all web-server configuration files (from Webserver Configurations Troubleshooter).

I have run:
Code:
# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all
# /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

Now I have created a new subscription without these errors and it seems that it is OK.
But it is strange what it happened... I'll try to re-install all (clean CentOS + Plesk) to see if this errors will appear again.
