Error: Unable to create migration session: Unable to run 'supervisor '/usr/local/psa/

Hello,

as I wanted to migrate my new Server with the old one I get the following error Message:

Error: Unable to create migration session: Unable to run 'supervisor '/usr/local/psa/PMM/var/2008-03-01-21.41.39.114446'': Empty error message from utility.

This happens after I type in my old server IP and root password and click on next.

Old Server:
Suse Linux 10
Plesk 8.3

New Server:
Suse Linux 10
Plesk 8.3

I think they had the same problem in this thread

but there is no solution.

I would be very appreciate if anyone could help me in this bad situation.
I have to migrate it because the contract of the old server is finished.

there should be log file (supervisor.log) in /usr/local/psa/PMM/var/2008-03-01-21.41.39.114446 . Check any error messages at the bottom of it or just post 30-50 lines from the bottom of the file here.
