I have a error for the last month. And plesk panel say contact with Odin.

first of all, pls. don't contact "Odin" anymore, because Plesk is now maintained by "Plesk" ( You might be interested to read: => https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plesk => "In December 2015 the Odin brand was acquired by Ingram Micro[7] rendering Plesk a separate business entity." )

... points to source issues. Pls consider to use the official repos for CentOS 6 x86-64 and avoid third party repo - lists.

You can as well clean yum cache/metdata/... with the command: yum clean all && yum update
... and restart the update/upgrade procedure with "/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller"

Another option is to move your cache with the example command: mv /var/cache/yum/x86_64/6/ /var/cache/yum/x86_64/6_old
