Error when add ip Plesk 12 [Solved]

Hi fellas,
we are getting an error every time that i try to add a new IP on Plesk panel.
i go to "Tool and settings" than "IP address", "Add ip address"
on fields i already try to ip:

xx.xx.xx.xx/32
and
xx.xx.xx.xx/submask

every time taht i click on OK, the button become loading an nerver finish,

why this is happen?

as i notice, panel is trying to change network ip and all server become invaluable

It tries to add the required rules in firewall. Did you try to enabling and disabling firewall?

wich firewall do you mean?
plesk or windows?

Trying Disabling and enabling the Windows Firewall.

Felllas we are almost 30 days without solution we gone loose our clients.

i am unable to contact support of Pleks trough Plesk panel.

we disable both firewalls,
no success

This issue was solved add IP by Windows first,

first enter into RD on windows server, set main IP manually "Default" on Lan preferences into winserver 2012.
then you are able to add more Ips into Plesk without problem
