Error when update statistics

We are having problem with statistics. Some of the domain statistic is not updated. Get below error when try update statistics.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>statistics.exe
Access is denied. (Error code 5) at Create mutex with name 'Global\PleskStatisticsBusinessLock'

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>statistics.exe --all
Access is denied. (Error code 5) at Create mutex with name 'Global\PleskStatisticsBusinessLock'

We have replace statistic.exe file but still get same error when try to update statistic.

Do you have correct version of VCRedistr installed from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...f7-ec73-40ff-b072-9112bab119c2&displaylang=en ?
After installing VCRedistr you need to stop and start (not just restart) 'Plesk Management Service'.

Yes, corrent we are installed vcredist_x64.exe.

I am still getting same error

We are using plesk 9.5.3.

Hello.. Any other solution on this? If we upgrade to newer version of Plesk, will it help? For e.g. version 9.5.3.
