The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release. -
The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

The same error here, most likely there is mismatch about the patch they published.
I do have same problem.
The MD5 checksum of the C:\7002a876d2ebb1049a83c32476e5157d\parallels\PANEL-WIN_11.0.9\microupdates\MU7\billing\MU7-billing.zip.tmp file does not match the value specified in the configuration file.
Let me know when you get this issue resolved.
