• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Error while changing .net version

Regular Pleskian
I am facing a problem in changing the .net version off a few virtual directories in one of the Plesk servers. The Plesk panel throws an error stating the following

System.Exception: .NET Frameword version 2.0 not found.
at ASPNETConfigure.ASPNETConfiguration.normalizeFrameworkVer(Version ver)
at ASPNETConfigure.ASPNETIISConfiguration.set_FrameworkVersion(Version value)
at ASPNETConfigure.ASPNETCfgApp.run(String[] args)
at ASPNETConfigure.ASPNETCfgApp.Main(String[] args)

Please note the spelling of Framework. It shows Frameword. This happens while trying to change the .net version to 3.5. While setting it to 4.5, there is no error. When I manually change the application pool for the virtual directories in the server, the .net version automatically gets set to 3.5 in Plesk. I am unable to find the cause of the error. Can someone help?
