Errors when opening webmail

When someone tries to open webmail they get several errors such as:

When trying to open sitebuilder simular errors occur.

What is wrong here?
The webmail service is installed and running according to Windows.

Please help...

I found the cause but not the solution..

It seems that plesk still referes to an OLD location of the vhost folder.
This flder is moved by using the suplied tools within Plesk.

Somewhere in Plesk it still reffers to the old vhost folder, when I copy the webmail files manually back to the old location the webmail works.

So could someone tell me where Plesk stores this vhost information about the vhost webmail, statistic, sqlmanager en sitebuilder?
In IIS the information is correct, only the PHP include functions are incorrect, they reffer to the old vhost location.

try to check php.ini file for include_(something else) option. It must contain existing include folders.

You should check the %plesk_vhosts%\webmail\horde\php.ini file. This file must contain next string: include_path ="%plesk_vhosts%/webmail/horde/pear;./lib;.;./includes;./pear".

Yes I found it and fixed it.
When changed it worked again.

The only thnig what is not working now is the sitebuilder option.
I do get a screen with buttons but cannot loggin, when I enter the username and pass I get a white screen with and error:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

Strange error, which sitebuilder version do you use?

I have no idea, it was intigrated in Plesk (7.5.3) when we ordered and installed it.

I cannot find a version number anywhere

My sitebuilder is also not working.
