Event manager doesn't work!!!

Hi!

I've tried to test the event manager but doen't work... doesn't perform any action i set...

I set a custom action for the event

'Limit on traffic reached for domain'

but when a domain reach and exceed his traffic limit NO ACTION IS TAKEN and my BAT isn't executed.

WHY??

Please Help Me!
 
PLEASE HELP ME!!! WHY PLESK doesn't start my application when the domain domain reach his traffic limit???

I've Windows 2003 Standard.
