  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

EXIF in PHP?

Hi

Is there an easy way to enable exif support in php without breaking anything? I run Plesk 8 with PHP5 on Suse 9.3.

I guess I'll have to configure and then build PHP5, but not sure what the best approach is with Plesk.

I'll be glad for any little help. Thanks in advance.

I don't think this'll help, but with the default PHP4 under Plesk, EXIF is activated... As you said, for PHP5, you'll certainly need to recompile.

Thanks! Actually it seams like I do have php 4 too. I'll see if I can activate it somehow instead of php5.
