Question Extensions menu is not avaliable

I'd like to install some extensions, but the menu is missing. In the custom view settings the is an extensions section, but it is empty. How can i fix this problem?

Have you customized panel.ini? Make sure that you have following options there

[extensions] hook.auth true
[extensions] catalog.enabled true
[extensions] buyUrl
[extensions] catalog.url https://ext.plesk.com
