  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Failed to update Panel

Hello,
I have Plesk Panel 11.0.9 on Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit.
From 3 days I see "Failed to update Panel".
From "Updates and Upgrades" i see this error:

Unable to obtain the latest version of Parallels Installer: The required version '3.15.12' was not found on the server. This could happen because of configuration error at the download site. The MD5 checksum of the C:\ParallelsInstaller\ai.exe.tmp file does not match the value specified in the configuration file.


Can you help me ?

0xc0000005 error means access denied. Please check if any antivirus installed in the server might block it.
