The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release. -
The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Well mostly this error type is due to an development problem (same as an corrupt plugin in wordpress or an loop error in programation), check this firstly... Need of more than 256 or 512M os 1G of php RAM is really needed when it's an very heavy process, not normal php process...
Yep, that'll be the reason. Some infinite loop.
i found the problem was due to license of the script i use
i change the dirctory from /var/www/vhosts/,,,,,, to /home
can i change /home/domain.com to /home/domaincom
or to /home/username ?
