Fatal error E1203!?! Can you help me ?

Hello everybody,

Firstly I would like to apologize for my speeling. I'm not english but I will to do my best to be understable, please be indulgent

I have made a search in the KB and forum but didn't found any answer or interresting element, so I post here, I hope it is the good place.

I actualy have a serious problem whith one of our servers running under Windows 2003 server (P4 3Ghz HT, 2Go RAM) with Plesk 8.1.1.

Last friday when trying to logon Plesk (https://server_IP:8443) I recieved this error :

Fatal error: E1203 Cannot redeclare class pleskexception in C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\PleskException.php on line 75

To resolve this I have to log in TS and restart the Plesk control panel. The error appear 3 times in the same day. (So I restart 3 times)

Today when working under Plesk this error, exactly the same error, reappear when trying to acces to the clients account or domains account. But I was already connected into Plesk (same error but different situation!!).

I had to restart again the control panel to resolve it.

I don't understant this error and don't know how to resolve it, can you help me or so to say me where I can found some element to resolve it.

Does Plesk don't like friday, or be tired just before the WE ?!? (sorry not fun but I'm going crazy with this)

Gentlemen,

Please try to do the follwings:

1. backup module <plesk>\admin\modules\eAccelerator.dll
2. download updated module ftp://pleskwin.download.swsoft.com/Plesk/Autoupdate/Windows/8.1.1/114451/eAccelerator.dll
3. stop PleskControlPanel
4. clean folder <plesk>\PrivateTemp
5. copy updated module eAccelerator.dll
6. start PleskControlPanel

has been running stable for a day now after patch

Firstly ; Thank for the patch.
We do not have encounter the error since two weeks.
Our servers are in production and so we can not stop the services at anytime.
The next time the error occur we will to apply the patch and post our feedback here.

been a while now and no problems, thx for the patch seems like it did the job. Will this be included in a future update?

Two hours after making the change it stopped again.

Immediately before it fails with the 1203 error, the following error occurs:

"Cannot redeclare class pleskexception"

i am having similar problem and I can't download the file cause the link is broken.

IIRC, this was one of the things fixed in 8.2
