Fetch Append/Restart not permitted, try again... doesn't work

Hello,

When we want to restart a upload after it was disconnected we have a error from the server. Append/Restart not permitted, try again...

Is there a solution so we could restart uploads that are disconnected?

We use FETCH on Mac OS X
