  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi everyone!

I have several users that used to have an e-mail address from an ISP for more than 10 years and then switched to a self hosted mailserver with Plesk. Unfortunately those ISPs don't let you create an "forward all"-rule on their servers. So I'm looking for an easy solution to let Plesk fetch the mails from their old e-mail accounts and deliver them to their new mailboxes.

I used ISPConfig before I started using Plesk, there I was able to configure fetchmail via the web gui.

So I'm wondering if there's a solution like that for Plesk (maybe via 3rd party extensions)?

Wow, I could not have imagined that there was no real solution. Isn't that a feature that would make it much more easier to switch to a Plesk managed server?

I voted, its critical!

Thank you Igor! :)
