Issue file manager cant edit some files

i get error forbidden when u try to edit some files on filemanager
some files like wp-config.php
buti can edit another files
any file has "config" i cant edit it

You need to update the file permissions, for example give the file the permission 0755, then edit it. Then change it back to something moderate like 0640.

when i rename it i can edit it
i can edit any file not contain word config
why ?
its not about permissions
