• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Firewall::: Unable to open port

vefeind

New Pleskian
I have added a new firewall rule to open port for LiteSpeed port 7088 but it's not working.

[root@server ~]# telnet 1.2.3.4 7080
Trying 1.2.3.4...
telnet: connect to address 1.2.3.4: Connection refused

I have removed the firewall and re-installed the firewall.

Any idea why this is happening.

Thanks.

I have this problem, too. It seems to work and I get success status that my rules have been added (I can see my rule in the overview) and then I successfully activate it, but it isn't working when I scan.

I tried to open Port 9987 UDP incoming for Teamspeak, but it just won't work. It seems like the firewall isn't working at all abide Plesk tells me that everything is working fine.

What I did was uninstall plesk firewall and installed juggernaut firewall.
