  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hi Everyone,

I'm using Plesk 7.5 on a Win2003 machine. Seems like I cannot change the permissions for httpdocs folder. I'm trying to use the following ASP code to create folders automatically-----but, seems like httpdocs folder does not give permissions to that....ANY HELP!!!! Thanks.

<%
Dim objFSO
Set objFSO= Server.CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")

c=server.mappath("/") & "\Rahul"

objFSO.CreateFolder(c)

%>

Within Plesk:
Domains -> your domain name -> Web Directories -> Preferences -> enable "Write permission" -> OK

it usually doesnt work ...ask the support guys to give the adequate permissions to the httpdocs folder and to inherit the permissions to the subfolders and files
