Question FTP cant receive directory listing

Hello, i am having problems with FTP client accessing my server. filezilla

i get cant receive directory listing

Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...

Status: TLS connection established.
Status: Logged in
Status: Retrieving directory listing...
Command: PWD
Response: 257 "/" is the current directory
Command: TYPE I
Response: 200 Type set to I

Response: 200 PORT command successful
Command: MLSD
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing
Status: Disconnected from server

i read on another post to add Allow incoming from all on port 49152-65534/tcp in my firewall but it still does the same.

if i disable the firewall extension i can connect OK

can anyone help me?

A lot of different reasons can be there. I'd suggest you start investigation from this KB article  Unable to connect to a Plesk server via FTP in the passive mode or contact Plesk Support Team.
