  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

FTP file uploads not showing instantly ( delay )

David Aguilar

Basic Pleskian
Hi,

we have a problem with some plesk11 servers. When customers upload a changed file ( not new ) there's a delay of 2 hours until changes are showed on web.

We try it with or without nginx reverse proxy.
Any clue would be much appreciated

A stupid question but, do you hit like CTRL+F5 to delete cache on that or smth like that?

When you upload the new file, if you browse to it through file manager, do you see new file and changes? Or same thing, do you see new file/changes through your FTP client?

Are you using something like Cloudflare or? Because this is very weird situation

Yes of course, all this steps were checked.

Anyway I think i found the culprit, i think it was APC cache , caching php changes to the default TTL I had in config. Is there any way to have APC and if file has changed, refresh that into cache ?

Thanks
