Ftp not working in Plesk Windows Viruozzo Container

Good morning, unexpectedly we have the FTP service in windows plesk Virtuoz in a container does not work. We reviewed all the configuration but there is no way to do this work, connects with the FTP client but when you have to list the directory does not and disconnects. I've tried everything and revised permits, etc but not settled.

Anybody that has ever happened the same? You know how I can fix it?

Did you tried start FTP service in IIS management console and check errors in Event Viewer?

Good morning, I checked the event viewer and no errors on the ftp service or ftpmng.exe, I've read on the forums this ruling but the solution given does not work with my server, which can I do to fix it, no my client machine can list directories via ftp accounts.

Is there any solution to the bug, the machine is not possible to use the past days by the FTP service, stopped working Repenti system without touching anything ...
