hope someone can help me with that issue.
Here are the server specs:
OS Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
Product Plesk Onyx
Version 17.8.11 Update #69, last updated on Oct 4, 2019 11:34 AM
My problem is, that i have created an FTP accounts. But when i try to acces via Filezilla to port 21 to my plesk server, i get a timeout after a while and nothing happens (see attached File).
I have tried this, and everything works fine so far, so i have passive mode open and the rule in the firewall is also set:

Can someone help, i do not know what else can i do.
