Issue FTP(S) Storage Settings

Hello, I'm configuring a backup into a remote server through FTP(S) from plesk. The FTPS uses port 990 in the cloud server and I have tested the FTPS access into the cloud from different platform and it is good. However, from plesk I'm getting an error.

I have passed through all issues into the forums and no solutions. Can an expert Pleskian assist me. My plesk version is up to date.

the security policy is well set.
